Welcome to a sanctuary dedicated to women’s healing, growth, and empowerment. At Womanhouse, we believe in the transformative power of creativity, nature, and movement to guide women through their healing journey. Our mission is to support women as they discover their inner strength, heal from betrayal trauma, and reclaim their power in a world that often challenges their worth.

Through our signature offerings—including the I Am Reclaiming Me daily practice journal and Coupleship activity cards—we provide you with practical tools to navigate the complex landscape of healing after betrayal. These lovingly crafted resources offer structure, guidance, and gentle prompts that help you process emotions, rebuild trust, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Our podcasts, I Am My Passion Project and Redesign Yourself Beyond Betrayal, create a tapestry of healing voices and wisdom. Whether you’re seeking inspiration as a woman over fifty, looking to harness creativity as a healing force, or navigating the journey through betrayal trauma to post-traumatic growth, you’ll find stories that resonate with your experience. Each episode brings together personal narratives, expert insights, and practical strategies to support your transformation from surviving to thriving.

The Womanhouse store is carefully curated to nurture your self-care practice, featuring comfort items that remind you to pause, breathe, and honor your healing journey. Each offering is selected to create moments of peace and self-connection. Our workshops offer immersive experiences where you can explore the healing powers of creative expression, movement, and connection with nature, all while building community with other women on similar paths.

This space exists to remind you that you’re not alone. Here, you’ll find a community that understands your experience and supports your growth. Through our resources, programs, and gatherings, we create opportunities for you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, express yourself authentically, and move forward with renewed purpose.

Join us in creating a world where women’s experiences are honored, their healing is supported, and their voices are amplified. Together, we’re not just healing—we’re reclaiming our power and redesigning our lives on our own terms.

Meet the Founder

LEARN ABOUT THE INSPIRATION FOR THE NAME WOMANHOUSE

In 2022, a profound personal crisis—discovering her husband of twenty-one years was a sex addict—became the catalyst for transformation. Rather than letting trauma define her future, Lorna chose reinvention. She stepped away from her graphic design career to create Womanhouse, envisioning a platform where women could find inspiration, resources, and community. Through Womanhouse, she brings together feminist discourse, celebrates women over fifty who have overcome hardships, and supports others navigating the complicated journey of betrayal trauma. Her mission centers on empowering women to overcome life’s hardships through creativity and movement, guiding them from survival to thriving.

As the founder of Womanhouse, Lorna created and hosts the podcast I Am My Passion Project, engaging in rich conversations with creative feminist women about self-reinvention and positive social change, while tackling challenging subjects like sex addiction and the harms of pornography. Her second podcast, Redesign Yourself Beyond Betrayal, focuses specifically on providing tools and support for betrayal trauma survivors. As an author and illustrator, she wrote I Am Reclaiming Me: A Betrayed Partner’s Daily Practice Journal for Women and collaborated with her husband Noah on Coupleship: Activity Cards for Reestablishing Connection after Sexual Betrayal.

Based in Tucson, Arizona, Lorna finds inspiration in the desert sunshine through trail running and art-making. She and her husband are currently collaborating on a new journal designed for men in the early stages of healing from sex addiction.
